XINCO is a manufacturer. We run a 5,000 m² factory in Dongguan, Guangdong, China, established in 2015, with in-house metalworking, crystal and glass work, assembly, 100% lit inspection and export packing under one roof. You are welcome to visit or video-tour the factory.
Most of our work reaches hotels through lighting designers, FF&E contractors and project procurement channels: we are the lighting manufacturer behind the project team. Our fixtures are installed in hotels and resorts across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, North America and Europe.

Yes. Shop drawings are a core service: we turn design intent — sketches, renderings or reference photos — into dimensioned CAD drawing sets for your approval before any material is cut. Revisions are made until the drawings are signed off.
Both. OEM: we build to your drawings and specifications. ODM: we develop the fixture with you — from a designer's concept or even an AI-assisted render — through sampling to batch production. We regularly work with lighting designers, interior designers and FF&E contractors.
Yes — non-standard work is our core business: custom dimensions, metal finishes (plated, brushed, powder-coated), crystal and glass types, fabric shades and custom LED configurations. Send reference photos or a drawing set and we will propose how to build it.
Most statement and custom pieces are one-off builds, so there is no fixed MOQ for bespoke work. For batch production of the same fixture, the practical minimum depends on the design and materials — send us your fixture list and we will confirm the batch size with the quotation.
A sample schedule and a production schedule are stated in every quotation. Timing depends on fixture complexity, materials and quantity — a simple pendant sample is faster than a multi-metre lobby chandelier. Expedited schedules can be discussed for project deadlines.
100% lit inspection: every fixture is powered on and checked before packing, with photometric checks in our testing room and LED aging tests. Photos of your actual fixtures — including lit tests and packing — are sent to you before shipment.
Every fixture is foam-wrapped and hand-packed. Statement chandeliers ship in built-to-fit plywood export crates with foam lining; batch items use export cartons. All packing is done in-house and photographed before loading.

Payment and Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF and similar) are quoted per project. Shipping is arranged from Shenzhen / Guangdong ports; we can work with your forwarder or arrange shipment for you.
